First, Mianmian Qiuyu also attracts high attention. Traditionally after the earthquake, heavy rain often attracted great attention. But now the rainstorm season in July and August has passed, it is easy to relax and think that the problem is not big. But Xu Qiang reminded that Mianmian Qiuyu may also be a very troublesome thing.

Why is it troublesome? Xu Qiang further explained that this kind of rainfall was called "West China Autumn Rain" in the weather. Public information shows that this is a significant climatic feature of the Sichuan basin. It is endlessly descended. The rainfall is usually not large, but the duration is clear. This year's "West China Autumn Rain" has opened. He said that the "West China Autumn Rain" often lasted for a long time, the process has cumulative rainfall, and the drizzle is soaked in the mountains and soil deeper. After reaching the critical point, it may cause large -scale landslide and other geological disasters. Therefore, he suggested that he should always pay attention to meteorological forecasting, and take various risk prevention and control measures for the disaster caused by this autumn rain.

Second, it is necessary to provide precise meteorological forecast services as much as possible. Xu Qiang explained that the "refinement" mentioned here refers to the refinement of time scale and spatial scale. For example, he said that the meteorological forecast in the past may be that "rainfall in the next three days, the Sichuan basin will rain", but now it can accurately reach the hour or even minute level, and the space can be accurate to the kilometer -level meteorological forecast -and the scope of rainfall can The prediction of time is more accurate, and the development of related work can be more accurate, which is more conducive to accurately guiding ordinary people's evacuation and guiding disaster prevention and relief work.

He also said that refined weather forecasting is completely technically feasible, hoping to speed up the coverage of related services in the province.
