Lavrov: The West did not fulfill its promise

According to Russian Satellite Agency reported on the 6th, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said that the West did not fulfill his promise and did not cancel sanctions that hindered Russia's grain into the world market.

Lavrov said at a press conference: "Our Western friends have not done what the United Nations Secretary -General promised to us, that is, there is no cancellation of logistics sanctions that hindered the free entering the world market."

Lavrov said that Moscow is working with the United Nations in order to sign the agreement signed in Istanbul.
