Guangzhou and Zhongshan launched the promotion and exchange activities of sitting volleyball and dry land curling

In order to promote the development of disabled people in the Greater Bay Area and share the fun of mass sports, recently, Guangzhou and Zhongshan held the "2022 sitting volleyball and dry curling promotion exchange activities". The Guangzhou Disabled Sports Center organized 14 athletes to participate in the event.

On the basis of strictly doing the normalization of the epidemic, teams in the two places have carried out training and exchange competitions and discussions. First of all, the athletes of the two sides conducted training and exchange competitions for sitting volleyball and drought curling motion. The field was filled with passion and laughter. Subsequently, at the symposium, the two sides shared the sports work of the disabled people, exchanged successful experiences and practices, and presented the characteristics and highlights of the sports work of the disabled. The two sides conducted in -depth discussions on cross -regional cooperation.

The volleyball team is a volleyball team performed by the disabled of both lower limbs. Participants need to move by sitting on the plane of the venue. The dry land curling is the popular version of the Winter Olympics curling project. It is a sports that is not affected by seasons, is easy to develop, and is suitable for more disabled people.
