At 12:52 on September 5, a magnitude 6.8 earthquake occurred in Luding County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan.

After the earthquake, the Forest Fire Detachment of Panzhihua City, Sichuan, immediately dispatched 150 fire rescue personnel from 30 vehicles, carried more than 600 (sets) equipment, and launched rescue and rescue work for 430 kilometers.
