I am Yang Wood, my wife is called spines, and we all graduated from the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts. In 2020, we got married and bought a second -hand house in the suburbs south of Chengdu with an area of ​​less than 100m².

Surrounded by plants around the house, we like the "Yin Yin Aesthetics" in the East Silence, just like it is on the edge of a tree -lined trail. Feel.

The main design of our family is spiny knife. Our original intention is that we do not want it to have an exact style limit, and we also imagine to build a space like creating a work. It took about eight months, and it landed like a drop, gathered into a tower.

Entering the door, the left hand is our living room, on the right is the restaurant and kitchen, the end of the living room is a tatami. We are divided into two spaces in tatami: small tea room and my work room. Then the master bedroom, second bedroom, and small balcony outside the second bedroom.

We have opened up a lot of walls to make the space more transparent; at the same time, the shape of the arched door hole is used to relieve the rigidity of the space, present a smoother line state, and make life more ritual.

The color tone is mainly low -saturated earth color, and the overall color will indeed be darker. We don't like smooth and flat walls, but we want to create a mottled grainy, a bit like the method in Chinese painting, reproduce the surface of the rocks and bark, and the texture and pattern after wind and rain. More simple and more natural.

Our home is on the first floor. The lighting is not very good, and the overall is dark. In order to balance the functionality, the number of lights is increased, but the brightness of the lamp is reduced. It presents a more hazy and quiet state. Most of the soft furnishings in the home are the medieval utensils of our overseas. The place that attracts us is the trace of the precipitation of the utensil itself, and there is a unique "taste".

In order to put it here, we also exhausted all kinds of thoughts, because it had three meters high, and we could only enter when the window was not done before.

We cut a niches on the main wall of the living room to place Africa Kapon's Kwele mask. The indigenous people will use such masks in their rituals to convey joy and imitate various animals, such as antelope, elephant, and snake. The small mirrors entering the door, as well as those small storage cabinets, are all old utensils in India; there are many small pottery pots in Africa, which have very primitive lines and totems on it; the small tea table in our tea room is Morocco. When we choose it, we are still considering whether it is not practical, so we found some objects to match it to achieve a more practical state.

Overall, it has both the aesthetic tendency of the oriental silence and the sorrow, as well as the simple and rough original tribe, and even some futuristic elements. The chandelier of the restaurant is the medieval flying lanterns in the 1970s in the 1970s. The medieval chandelier in the second bedroom comes from Denmark, which is also similar to the shape of a flying saucer.

It can be said that we have been studying and creative accumulation in art colleges for many years, and in the experience and experience of travel and life, we have gradually formed our aesthetic tendency, which is now presented. For us, there is no inherent style or system, but a natural integration and occurrence.

In our opinion, home is an organic life body, which is actually a manifestation and expression of our current state of life. The interesting thing is that everyone's aesthetics and preferences are different. We just practice in our favorite appearance, and the "attributes" that belong to us will naturally show it. I am a native of Chengdu and grew up in an intellectual family. My family supports me to learn art. When I was a child, I studied with a teacher at the Sichuan Conservatory of Music for eight years.

Tepen grew up in Xiamen and painted from elementary school. She came to Chongqing to study in Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts and studied new media and art. She likes experimental art and does not like too much things.

The two of us are classmates, the Chinese painting department I read. I chose a major in Chinese painting because Oriental culture attracted me, and I felt that my own personality was also very freehand, so it fits well.

One day in May 2016, in a modern dance class, we met. I was called by Teacher Rong Tao to make a live soundtrack that day. I remember that I was blowing a scret tunnel at the time. Suddenly a girl jumped on me, and the two of us fell like this, and a collision of it unexpectedly.

In dance class, the teacher often gives a sudden instruction, like an impromptu behavior. The thorn said that her first reaction was jumping, and she didn't think so much.

We met together for about 5 days, and we couldn't talk very much. Including now, no matter art, movies, music and life, they will communicate.

She said that I was like one of her sun. In her eyes, I was a knights carrying a strange weapon in martial arts novels, because where I was now, I was carrying my Dagiru tube. In my eyes, the spine has her own pursuit of beauty. She has more introverted personality, and sometimes it is quite stabbing and interesting.

Except for my performance, I stayed at home and studio most of the time, so we basically stay together every day. We did not go to class after graduation. I chose a freelance career, so the time to stay at home is very long. For us, it can be said that it is an energy field.

When we renovated the house, we gave home a name called "Qi Shuo House". "Qi" refers to a seclusion state where the sun goes down and the bird returns to the nest. After the moon, the moon meets more full day than the day, so Qi Shuo is actually such an energy and expectation.

We are more independent in our work, and the rhythm of two people is very different. She is a blogger, and she is basically repairing pictures and taking pictures in the morning. My words are basically practicing my Dagiru tube, and then watching videos, cutting videos, and drawing.

Choosing a freelance profession is also because our personality is not suitable to go to work. I still want to live a more free life and make money through their own abilities and their own majors.

I am currently a Dagiru tube performers. At home, I have a small space of 7M², which is a small indoor balcony. The tube.

At that time, I started to check the Internet. There were very few information. I slowly explored and practiced by myself, relying on myself, until now, becoming a career performer.

The development of musical instruments started from the Western hippie movement in the 1960s and 1970s. The art youths went to those tribes to learn and explore before bringing this instrument to the world. Later, it was combined with electronic music. Now there are many modern times. The B-BOX element slowly developed.

A large part of the Dagiru tube is on the street, or it itself has a street spirit. Many gods who play this instrument in the world have performed at the Ponpir Art Center in France. In 2019, we traveled to France, and I also blown the Dagiri tube at the front of Pongpi Dumen, which is also a pilgrimage for me. There are very few players who play the Dagiri tube in China, and there are only one or two people in a city. It has a certain difficulty and threshold, which is "cyclic breathing", so there are not many people who persist. It is a very niche instrument, and people who play around the world are very limited.

Now in Chengdu, there is a group of friends who play world music together. Everyone is with the ability. There are teachers from the Sichuan Conservatory of Music and professional musicians. There are violin, the African thumb piano, and some friends who play the traditional Japanese Jin Qing Sanwei line, some players, some drums, bombing guitar, bouncing mouth, and some people blow India Ban Suri. flute.

The impact of the epidemic on us is quite large, because the performance has been canceled more. But for a while, because the epidemic was located at home, it really made a rapid progress in performance skills. It can practice seven or eight hours a day.

We have never been in class, and time is really free. We do our own work during the day. Sometimes I watch movies at night. If friends come to the house, they will drink tea and chat together. They will also play instruments in the living room.

I usually cook a lot. I like to make Sichuan cuisine, go back to pot meat, palace Bao chicken diced, add pepper and pepper, relatively heavy mouth. At that time, we would change work.

For us, making a home is to choose a way of life. We put our ideas in, then let it fall on the land, and finally, then return to our life.
