Qiushi journal ｜ Excerpt: A comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty, and historically solving absolute poverty

The battle for poverty alleviation has achieved a comprehensive victory, and the problem of absolute poverty in historic solution

We have achieved a comprehensive victy over point and reacked a history to the problem of absolute point

The target task of poverty alleviation in the new era is completed as scheduled. The current standards of 98.99 million rural poor people have all poverty alleviation. All 832 poverty -stricken counties take out their hats and 128,000 poor villages. Miracle.

The goals of our poverty alleviation mission for the new era were completed on schedule, resulting in all 98.99 million rural residents living below the poverty line, all 832 poor counties, and all 128,000 poor villages being lifted out of poverty and the elimination of regional poverty .

Continue to consolidate and expand the results of poverty alleviation results and effectively connect with the rural rejuvenation, comprehensively establish a mechanism for preventing dynamic monitoring and assistance from poverty alleviation, determine the key counties of rural revitalization in 160 countries and give tilt support.

We must align our efforts to consolidate and make further progress in poverty alleviation with rural revitalization, establish timely monitoring and assistance mechanisms to prevent people from falling back into poverty, and provide preferential support to 160 counties identified as vital to national rural revitalization.

Deepen the follow -up support of east -west collaboration, fixed -point assistance and relocation, work mechanisms, policy measures, and institutional teams to advance in an orderly manner, and keep the bottom line of returning to the poverty without large scale.

We must also deepen east-west cooperation within China, provide on-going support to targeted poor areas and people relocated as part of the poverty alleviation drive, and create links between work mechanisms, policy measures, and relevant offices and personnel, in order to Guard Against A Large-SCALE Relapse Into Poverty.
