He Peng: The hard work on the wheelchair is also wonderful

He Peng, 38, was born in Mianyang City, Sichuan Province. In 2005, a car accident caused He Peng's spinal cord injury and high paraplegia below the cervical spine. He Peng, who was young, was unwilling to lie on the bed and dragged his family, and took the initiative to explore the rehabilitation skills.

"For those with spinal cord injuries, it is the first difficulty to restore self -care." He Peng spent 5 years from lying down to being able to raise his hand, from being able to turn over to sit. There are more and more things he can do. He tests driver's license, travel, and even play limit exercise. He tries more possibilities for life.

"Since I can do it, other rounds of friends can do it." He Peng recorded his recovery training into a video, uploaded to the video website, and became the "KOL" (key opinion leader) in the round friend circle.

In 2019, He Peng founded the "Spring Health Health House Life Reconstruction Training Camp" to help more spinal cord injured persons conduct rehabilitation training and encourage them to move and go out.

In 2021, by chance, He Peng took five rounds of friends along the "Sichuan -Tibet Line" to Lhasa. This caused a sensation in the circle of friends. Many round friends said that they also wanted to join it. In mid -July this year, He Peng took the second group of friends to step on the "Sichuan -Tibet Line" again. The journey of the past month has allowed the round friend to complete what he did not dare to imagine.

"Even in a wheelchair, we can feel the beauty of this world, as long as you are willing to try." He Peng said.
