Two medical rescue teams of Sichuan University of West China Hospital will help Luding Earthquake Disaster Area

At 12:52 on September 5, a magnitude 6.8 earthquake occurred in Luding County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The instructions of the National Health and Health Commission and the Sichuan Provincial Health and Health Commission were instructed that the National Health Emergency Mobile Medical Rescue Center (Sichuan) undertaken by the West China Hospital of our school (Sichuan) sent two ambulances and nine team members to the fast response team to Luding of Ganzi Prefecture. County, guidance and treatment of earthquake wounded.

The captain of the medical team was Yang Chaohua, deputy chief physician of the Injury Medicine Center, and eight team members came from the emergency office, venture medical center, emergency department, etc. When receiving an order, the team members were working nervously in their respective departments. They couldn't care about returning home to clean up their luggage and quickly assembled in the hospital.

At 11 pm on September 5th, the National Health and Health Commission and the Sichuan Provincial Health and Health Commission were instructed that the National Health Emergency Mobile Medical Care Center (Sichuan) undertaken by the West China Hospital of our school once again sent 5 team members of the fast response team to Ya'an City overnight People's Hospital, healed guidance of earthquake wounded.

The team is composed of associate professor Hu Qinjian, Associate Professor Zheng Jun of neurosurgery, Dr. Fu Min, Dr. Fu Min, Wu Xiaowen, and Huang Bin driver. At around 1 am on the 6th, the team arrived at Ya'an People's Hospital and immediately carried out treatment and guidance.
