Cui Tianfang, a native of Jincheng, Shanxi, joined the Communist Party of China in October 1990. He has a bachelor's degree in university. He is currently the chief and first -level chief of the Jindu City Emergency Administration of Emergency Administration. From 1987 to 2005, he served in military service in the army.
