The farmers complained that the water that Yamitang could have been stored was limited, and it had not been dredging for many years. In this extreme arid weather, "it could not persist for a few days." When asked about grass -roots governments, they said that water conservancy engineering governance can only be "big first and then small", and can only come step by step for "small wild projects" such as Xiaoshantang.

Similarly, I heard it in Zhengzhou last year. In the Metro Line 5 incident, the Minggou near the Wulongkou parking lot became a "dark canal". Due to the construction of the soil formed by the road construction, the soil piles were not cleaned in time, and the top was above.
