This is my country's first large -slope spiral tunnel excavator, which will participate in the construction of slope construction of the underground laboratory of Beishan High -Platform waste geological disposal.

According to Xu Chunxian, the person in charge of the construction of the Beishan underground laboratory of the 18th Bureau of China Railway, the slope road of the Beishan Underground Lab is about 7.2 kilometers long. It is the first slope project in my country to use a full -cut hard rock excavator construction. Equipment is a problem of spiral small turns in the continuous large slope tunnel.

"'Beishan No. 1' needs to excavate a spiral curve slope in the Beishan underground laboratory. The project is excavated in a clockwise spiral when the project is downward, and the comprehensive slope is 10%, which is equivalent to 10 meters of tunnels. 1 meter, "Xu Chunxian said.
