On September 5th, the Shanghai Stock Exchange Bond Officer Micro News, Yichuan Finance Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. intends to issue 800 million yuan in private equity bonds.The bond underwriters/managers in this issue are open source securities and Cathay Junan Securities.

Yichuan Finance was established on December 19, 2011, with a registered capital of 500 million yuan. Luoyang City Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. holds 51.00%of the equity and is the company's controlling shareholder;The Provincial Department of Finance holds 10.00%of the shares.The State -owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Luoyang Municipal People's Government is the actual controller of Yichuan Finance.
