In 2009, Tang Zhanxin entered a company's development of overseas markets. After returning to the society, she will go to the hospital for rehabilitation training on a regular basis, and some wounded friends there make it difficult for her to be relieved.

The experience of wounded friends stabbed Tang Zhanxin. In 2013, she jointly sent an email to the mayor's mailbox with other wounded friends. Organized a special symposium to study solutions. Half a year later, almost all patients with spinal cord injuries in Beijing received free sanitary products. With this successful experience, in 2014, Tang Zhanxin resigned from the work of foreign companies, and established a home of spinal cord injury with three wounded friends. In recent years, they have completed China's first "Spinal Cord injury -injured person's life self -guided manual", which are distributed to the wounded for free; Tang Zhanxin and the team also ran all over the streets and alleys in Beijing, and wrote the "Barrier -free Travel Manual" -the subway. Articles, municipal parks, and hundred hotels have trained a group of national urgent need of disabled person -free experience supervisors, and promoted the completion of the first barrier -free subway station in Beijing; they were also the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and the Beijing 2022 Olympics and The Winter Paralympic Olympic Games wrote the "Manual of the Disabled Personal Service Knowledge" and led the disabled friends to complete the production of the Beijing Winter Paralympic Games. In the process of constantly breaking through various possibilities with everyone, Tang Zhanxin also felt the change of people around him.

As of now, Tang Zhanxin has helped more than 800 spinal cord injury and injured friends from all over the country to achieve self -care for more than 1,000 wounded friends.
