Find the "three key points" to consolidate the cornerstone of cyber security governance. Infrastructure security is the top priority of network security. At present, with the rapid development of the Internet, online invasion and cyber attacks have also frequently occurred, which seriously threatened the normal operation of key information infrastructure, bringing many hidden dangers to national security. To this end, it is necessary to improve and strengthen the safety grading protection system of infrastructure and continuously improve the comprehensive defense capabilities. Government portals, Internet companies, etc. are key links of network security. We must further compact responsibilities, build a full -process and full -chain supervision system, and further improve the level of comprehensive governance capacity of the network. At the same time, at some important time nodes, it is also necessary to formulate and improve the emergency response plan to protect the network space.

A set of gratifying data is that at present, more than 60 colleges and universities in China have set up network security colleges, more than 200 colleges and universities have set up network security undergraduate majors, and more than 20,000 network security graduates each year.
