my country has established a competitive legal system based on laws such as the Anti -Monopoly Law and the Anti -Unfair Competition Law. These laws have provided important guarantees for the sustainable and healthy development of the market. Take the Anti -Monopoly Law as an example. Since the implementation of the Anti -Monopoly Law in August 2008, it has monopoly behavior such as the concentration of operators who regulate monopoly agreement, abuse market dominance, or may have the concentration of competition effects, as well as Competition plays an important role in maintaining fair market competition, promoting economic efficiency and maintaining consumer interests and social public interests. In particular, the active law enforcement of anti -monopoly law enforcement agencies in key people's livelihood fields in pharmaceuticals, public utilities, building materials, education and training, etc., has strongly protected fair competition in the relevant market and greatly promoted high -quality development in relevant key areas. In order to adapt to the urgent needs and strengthening efforts of entering the new development stage, the Anti -Monopoly Law was amended in a timely manner. The revised "Anti -Monopoly Law" further strengthened its regulatory content and procedure rules, and clearly introduced "strengthening the basic position of competitive policy, improving macro -control, and improving the introduction of unified, open, competitive, and orderly market systems. It provides an important basis for encouraging innovation and protecting the fair competition in the market, and has also become the fundamental guidance to guide the legal compliance operating behavior of operators in the new development stage.

In the process of practice, in order to protect and cultivate market competition in the country and region, more than 130 economies around the world have passed a competitive legal system based on antitrust law to promote the healthy development of economic and healthy development.
