The laid iron pipes were served for nearly 30 years. The problems such as aging interfaces and the corrosion of the pipeline have been very serious." The person in charge of the project introduced that this round of pipeline is updated and transformed. Compared with the cast iron pipes, the material and new crafts are more sealing and corrosion -resistant compared to the cast iron pipes, and the useful life can reach 50 years.

Because the gas pipeline is nearly near the residential area, in order to minimize the impact of the residents, the construction unit is constructed in a semi -closed section, that is, digging a section, a construction section, and restoring one section, trying to control the scope of the impact of construction, and arranging the process reasonably Essence Residents in the community can still use the normal gas use of the old pipe network; after the new pipeline is laid and completed and the test pressure is qualified, the new and old pipes are switched, and the new gas pipe network is put into operation; Own, scrapped ... After the renovation of the old gas cast iron pipe network of 40 kilometers, the old gas cast iron pipes on the island will basically achieve zero, and the safety and stability of urban gas supply will be further improved.
