Recently, the Yongkang Market Supervision Bureau of Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province organizes it in the area under its jurisdiction. In the circulation and catering links, the bureau is based on the grass -roots bureaus (institutes) as the unit to conduct a comprehensive investigation of key food business places such as large traffic in various regions, and on -site baking shops such as baking stores. Focus on checking whether the purchase obligation of purchase, whether the supplier's ticket is complete, whether the storage meets the temperature and humidity conditions, etc. to ensure that the source of the moon cake can be traced and the storage specifications. For business units that sell moon cakes through the Internet, check whether the business license is consistent with the operating address, whether the "sun kitchen" is installed.
