Recently, after a public prosecution was filed by the Sui County Procuratorate in Hubei Province, the court sentenced the defendant Zou Moujia to one year and two months in prison for theft; the defendant Zou Mouyi was sentenced to three years and ten months in prison for theft and fraud.

Zou Moujia is Zou Mouyi's father, both of which have the previous department of theft. From September to October 2021, the father and son had repeatedly stole motorcycles in Wanhe Town and Wushan Town, Suixian County, and selectively sold the stolen motorcycles. Discard at will.

On October 25, 2021, the police and his son were routinely inspected during the stolen motorcycle in Wanhe Town. Zou Moujia was arrested on the spot and Zou Mouyi escaped.

When he was interrogated by the police, Zou Moujia confessed to his theft, but when he confessed his information about his associate information, he determined that the same criminal was a man named Gongmou.

After the case was transferred to the procuratorial organs, the prosecutor found that there were many doubts about Zou Moujia's confession: During theft, Zou Moujia and his associates were clearly divided and cooperated with each other. It is said that the two are just temporary cooperation and do not know each other; under the repeated trial, Zou Moujia's confession of the sales profit of the stolen goods is inconsistent.

In response to these doubts, the prosecutor and the police sorted out the description of the associates in several confession, and found that Zou Mouyi's son Zou Mouyi had a major crime suspicion, and the public security organs arrested Zou Mouyi.

After arriving at the case, Zou Mouyi truthfully confessed the criminal facts of theft with his father. In the face of conclusive evidence, Zou Moujia acknowledged that the so -called "Gongmou" was made up for her son. At this point, all the criminal facts of the father and son's partnership were found. At the same time, Zou Mouyi's fraud committed crime was also verified by the public security organs. After a public prosecution of Zou Moujia and Zou Mouyi, the court made the above judgment in accordance with the law.
