Mid -Autumn Festival overtime

On September 10, 2022, the salary of overtime on the day of the Mid -Autumn Festival, and 2 times the salary of overtime from September 11th to September 12th.

Specific calculation formula:

① On the day of the Mid -Autumn Festival on September 10 (three times overtime pay)

Daily salary = (monthly salary ÷ 21.75) × 300%× number of days;

② September 11th-September 12th (twice overtime pay)

Daily salary = (monthly salary ÷ 21.75) × 200%× number of days;

Hours wages = (daily salary ÷ 8) × 200%× hour.

If the employer arranges workers to work overtime on the day of the statutory holiday, it shall pay overtime pay at 300%of the salary. If the employer arranges workers at other time, the employer should arrange for the restaurant first; if the rest is not arranged, the re -rest should pay the salary of overtime pay at a salary of not less than the salary.
