Such "by the way", the golden branches have begun in the 1990s.

In 1986, two brand -new 7 -story residential buildings and a group of employees in the Central Plains Electronics Factory were happy to stay in, with a total of 8 units and 112 households.

A few years later, the "two -way take -off" Wuhan, the city territory expanded rapidly, building high -rise buildings on both sides of the avenue, and the prototype of the financial street appeared.

For a time, the surrounding area around Huanglingyuan Community was overwhelming, and the personnel were complicated.

Under the shining of the unit, the community was closed, leaving only one import and export, and the employees took turns on duty.

In the mid -1990s, party members such as Zhang Fengbao and Golden Zhi collected the opinions of residents, applied to the unit for the establishment of a duty room, and hired security guards.

In 1998, Huang Lingyuan Community turned into a personal property house of residents, and the unit was no longer responsible for management. Several retired party members were in total and intended to set up an autonomous group, 8 gate buildings, and each door of each door sent a representative.

Golden Branch still remembers that that day, she convened the residents of this unit to go downstairs to select representatives, and everyone pointed to herself: "You are a party member, you come."

Under the care of full -time security, the public security situation in the community seemed to be better every day.

In October 2003, under the guidance of the community party organization, the Huanglingyuan Community Autonomous Party Group was established. The community specially arranges a conference room to facilitate the activities of the autonomous party group.

At that time, she never thought that she would become the second leader of the party group.

From 2017 to 2018, Golden Branch served as the leader of the autonomous group, and made the account public every month, copied on the blackboard at the gate of the community.

In 2018, due to the busy family affairs, Golden Branch hopes to find the "successor" of the autonomous group.

The golden branch stood not far away and observed for a long time. However, the work of the new team leader is more difficult.

The death and relocation of the old residents, many houses either vacant, or rental, the difficulty of management has greatly increased. Sometimes, the property fee of a building has to be charged for half a year.

The property fee is difficult to collect quickly, and property funds are getting stretched.

With every penny, the autonomous team has never thought of using the deposit of 10,000 yuan.

Last month, Fu Aizhi walked into the postal bank and handled the regular passbook transfer business again. The deposit of 10,000 yuan is now the same as the "heir family".

There are 14 units where Yan Hanqi lives. He concentrated for a few days at a time, knocked on the door to charge from house to house. If it is smooth, it can be collected for two or three days. If it is not smooth, the team leader will help.

Today, more "newcomers" have joined the management of the community.

Song Hanxiang and Zhu Chuanxiang are old residents of Huang Lingyuan Community. The representatives of their respective gate buildings and died of resignation due to relocation or death. At the invitation of the autonomous group, they came forward to take over the job.

54 -year -old Ma Qi is also a "newcomer". After her mother -in -law Shi Meiyu died, the gate building of the 4 units represented the vacancy, and Ma Qi voluntarily pushed up.
