Overcoming the language barrier, it is also necessary to solve the development and construction problems in the village. However, the village had never done this before, and there was no special funding support. Everything had to start from scratch. How to do? I proposed that abandoning the idea of ​​"waiting for" and taking the initiative to start construction: "If you have no experience, you can go out to learn.

As a result, I led village cadres to go to Guangdong and other places to study. In the survey, I found that the approach of many places was too much investment and was not suitable for us to promote it.
