According to the requirements of the State Council's "Hundred Days Action" work deployment and the State Administration of Market Supervision, the "" Black gas cylinder "rectification and consolidation and improvement action plan issued by the State Administration of Market Supervision, strictly implemented the relevant work of gas safety, and made the following announcements:

1. Gas enterprises must check for free of charge for gas users every year. In response to the recent situation of no reason for gas users, the gas company will refuse to supply gas to the user from December 1.

Second, catering venues must be installed with a large gas leakage alarm device. From now on, all the catering venues that do not implement and refuse to install gas leakage alarm device will stop the gas company from September 1st. The gas authority will punish the legal person of the place in accordance with the law.

Third, the liquefied petroleum gas cylinder must be installed with a QR code. All liquefied petroleum gas cylinders that have not installed QR codes must not be inflated. Starting from December 1, no QR codes or QR codes have been artificially worn, and they are strictly prohibited from recycling. Gas enterprises are recovered as waste bottle disposal.

Article 36 The production and operation units in industries such as catering and beverage shall be installed with gas alarm devices and ensure their normal use.

Article 99 If there is one of the following behaviors in the production and operation unit, it shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit and impose a fine of less than 50,000 yuan. The competent personnel and other direct responsible persons are fined 10,000 yuan or less than 20,000 yuan; if the circumstances are serious, they shall be ordered to suspend production and discontinuation; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be investigated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the criminal law:

(8) The production and operation units of the catering and other industries use the gas -free gas alarm device for gas -free gas.

Regulations on Gas Management of Guangdong Province

Article 27 Gas operating enterprises shall provide users with at least one free home security inspection and establish a complete inspection file for free per year.

Users should cooperate with the entry inspection of gas operating enterprises, and they shall not refuse without justified reasons.
