Xue Fan was born in September 1934, and in 1953, he published Chinese translations of Russian songs in magazines. In 1957, he publicly published the Chinese version of the Chinese version of "The evening outside Moscow", which was only 23 years old at the time and had been revealed.
Xue Fan has studied Russian, and later taught himself English, Japanese, etc. In his translation song catalogs, there are "Clade", "Red River Valley" and "Straw Hat Song". In 2012, the classic musical "Cat" launched the first Chinese version in Shanghai. The translation of the popular song "Memories" also came from Xue Fanzhi's hand.
