The Ministry of Ecology and Environment reported yesterday (June 18) that the national air quality conditions continued to improve from January to May this year.The average number of excellent air quality of 339 prefecture -level and above cities was 85.1%, an increase of 0.5 percentage points year -on -year; the average PM2.5 concentration was 35 micrograms per cubic meter, a year -on -year decrease of 5.4%.
