Science+Technology+Art, "Reading -Moon Yang Scientific Research Theme Art Exhibition"

When we talk about Mid -Autumn Festival, a picture will appear naturally in our heads: under the sweet -scented osmanthus tree floating, the family who has been busy for a year is gathered in the yard to drink, appreciate chrysanthemums, poetry, and crab. The dolls were holding sweet moon cakes, listening to the story of the adults who talked about Chang'e to run the moon, the jade rabbit pounding, and Wu Gangbugui, and worked hard to identify the position of the Guanghan Palace.

What does the moon look like?

We looked up to see "The Cold Sky" (Li Yan's "Second Mid -Autumn Festival Monthly"), saw "Crow Mask hanging a ball of ice" (Yang Wanli "August 12th Yecheng Zhai Xingyue"), and also saw " Silver Han Silent Turn the Yupan "(Su Shi" Yang Guanqu · Mid -Autumn Festival ").

In 2004, China officially launched a lunar exploration project. On December 17, 2020, the Chang'e -5 mission brought back 1731 grams of monthly soil from the moon, achieving the first sampling of my country's outreach celestial bodies.

The achievements of this world -renowned project immediately set off the heat in the whole society. When the Chang'e 5 moon sample was exhibited in various places, it attracted a large number of audiences to watch. At the same time, Chinese scientists' scientific research on Chang'e 5 Yueyang has caused a huge response in the international academic community.

In order to allow the public to better understand the progress of our country in the lunar research, scientists show related research through various forms such as news reports, news interviews, and popular science articles. These tasks have greatly enriched the scientific cognition of the masses in our country.

However, when the public is in close contact with Yueyang, we see a bunch of "soil". What is the difference between these "moon soil" and the "soil" under our feet? It may be difficult for everyone to feel intuitively.

Chang'e 5 Monthly Foam Sample

The moon soil is the fine particles (granules less than 1 cm) in the moonworm weather layer, which covers almost the surface of the moon. Its average granularity is thinner than our hair, and it is impossible to see without the help of micro -equipment. In these small particles, there are also big Qiankun. Because the environment is very different, the formation of the moon soil is completely different from the earth soil. The soil of the earth is mainly formed on the surface of the earth, such as the influence of water and atmosphere, biological activities, etc. However, in the moon without water, no atmosphere, and biological, the moon soil is formed in the bombardment of continuous meteorites and particles, causing rock crushing, sputtering, mixing and melting. All in all, Yueyang is like a historical book that records the story that happened on the moon.

It is very difficult to present the Moon HD to the public. So far, human beings have a total of 10 lunar sampling. The first nine sampling of the United States and the Soviet Union occurred more than 40 years ago, when micro -technology was not enough to reveal the appearance of the moon. For example: we can only see the moon soil below.

But this time the situation is different!

Today, the Institute of Geology and Geophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Central Academy of Fine Arts use micro -imaging and photography, image fusion and processing, 3D reconstruction and virtual reality technology. Everyone presents the beauty of the moon. Let everyone use the naked eye to see these fine particles that need to be observed in the laboratory at 360 °.

The sample (CE5C0600YJFM00402) of the study this time was 1500 mg of 1500 mg, provided by the National Aerospace Administration. It was distributed to the Institute of Geology and Geophysics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences on January 14, 2022 to conduct a one -year scientific research. The artists from the Central Academy of Fine Arts conducted an observation record of the research process, and the scientific research data and results were present at the same time. They also carried out moon -based scientific and technological art research, creation and aesthetic education.

The scientific research achievements and related literature jointly condensed together into "Reading -Moon -Yangyang Scientific Research Achievement Theme Art Exhibition", and unveiled at the Central Academy of Fine Arts on September 10, 2022.

See it first!

There is a granules in the moon called AgglutIINate. It is always strange and there is no appropriate Chinese name. Some people call it tunnel, and some people call it to collect rocks. However, we think that these names are inappropriate, because there is no such particles on the earth, it is not similar to the glue and block rocks on the earth.

AgglutInate is formed by the meteorite impact to bond the granular rocks, minerals or glass, so we recommend that it "bonding". To form this kind of particles, the micro meteorite is required to hit the planet surface at a high speed, and the planet surface already has a surface soil composed of fine particles. Due to the protection of the earth, the micro meteorite can only fall to the surface at low speed, and adhesion cannot be formed. There is another particle in Chang'e 5's monthly soil. Xuanwuyan is very common on the earth. It is a volcanic lava. The volcanic eruption magma flows and crystals. For example: We are familiar with the five Dalianchi, Changbai Mountain, Tengchong volcano. The first research results of Chang'e -5 came from research on these basalt granules. These basalt granules told us that the moon was also active before 2 billion years ago, not as dead as what they saw today.

Of course, there are other types of particles in the moon soil. Combined with optical images and micron CT, we can rebuild each month's three -dimensional model. If you consider the strength and angle of the sunlight area of Chang'e 5, this is the result.

Monthly soil particles: Xuanwu Rock (number: 137)

Monthly Granules: Clawls (Number: 010)

Monthly soil particles: adhesive (number: 047)

Monthly soil particles: glass (number: 039)

Haven't you read enough?

"Reading -Moon -Yangyang Scientific Research Achievement Theme Art Exhibition" will show more and more detailed display. September 10 this year is both the Mid -Autumn Festival, also Teacher's Day, or weekend. On this traditional moon watching, let's turn on a new moon -viewing mode together!

According to the requirements of related epidemic prevention policies, the opening ceremony of this exhibition is invited to attend, and the audience can also search for the "Keyi Vientiane" simultaneous viewing of the exhibition through the Douyin platform, and participate in the live broadcast interaction of the exhibition. Please pay attention to the follow -up notice of this public account during the exhibition.
