The Yuliangzhou Tunnel is a fast channel connecting Dongjin New District and Fancheng District, with a total length of 5.4 kilometers. The overall tunnel structure is adopted. Among them, the total length of the sinking tunnel of the Hanjiang River twice was 1.01 kilometers. It is the first road tunnel of the Hanjiang River. It is also currently a large inland pipe tunnel with a larger overall construction in China.

Xiangyang City East and West Axis (Xiangjiang Avenue) Yu Liangzhou Crossing River Tunnel consists of the sink tunnel of the Hanjiang River and the land Mingming tunnel. The bottom plate of the kilometer also penetrated in June.

At present, the entire main structure of the Yuliangzhou Tunnel has been completed, and the mechanical and electrical installation is 4800 meters. It is undergoing decorative panel installation and pavement asphalt laying and strong electric cables. On September 25th, the tunnel marking logo will be completed to ensure the smooth opening of the traffic in October.
