The Standing Committee of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress decided to dismiss Fang Tonghua's 13th National People's Congress. The Standing Committee of the Shanghai People's Congress decided to dismiss the position of the 13th National People's Congress of Zhang Bencai. The Standing Committee of the Shandong Provincial People's Congress decided to dismiss the position of the 13th National People's Congress of Qin Yufeng. The Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress decided to dismiss the position of the 13th National People's Congress of Chen Ruui. The Standing Committee of the Sichuan Provincial People's Congress decided to dismiss Wang Bo's 13th National People's Congress. The Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial People's Congress decided to dismiss the position of the 13th National People's Congress of Gao Weidong. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China and the Representative Law of the People's Congress at all levels, Fang Tonghua, Zhang Bencai, Qin Yufeng, Chen Ruui, Wang Bo, and Gao Weidong's representative qualifications were terminated.

Ren Ming, a representative of the 13th National People's Congress, died of illness. The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress expressed condolences to the death of Ren Ming. Ren Ming's representative qualification is naturally terminated.

As of now, the 13th National People's Congress has 2932 representatives.
