The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology focuses on promoting the "double carbon" work in an orderly manner on the basis of ensuring high -quality and effective supply.

The first is to prepare the carbon peak plan for key industries. Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the implementation plan of the industrial carbon peaks to make a general deployment of the raw material industry. At the same time, the carbon peak plan for non -ferrous metals and building materials industries was developed, and it was planned to be implemented in the near future; it has formulated the carbon peak plan of petrochemical chemicals and steel industries.

The second is to improve the policy standard system. Promote the establishment of the carbon peak standard system in key areas. Formulate high -carbon products and high -energy industry catalogs, and study and carry out classification management. In conjunction with Sichuan Province, the high -quality development of electric furnaces in Sichuan Province leads the project implementation plan. Establish 23 typical corporate contact mechanisms in the industry, and carry out "anatomical sparrow" carbon footprint tracking and analysis.

The third is to increase the promotion of low -carbon technology. Organize the selection of "20 low -carbon technology" in the raw material industry. Prepare the low -carbon technology roadmap in the non -ferrous metal industry, issue encouragement to promote the application technology and product catalogs, and promote the promotion and application of new technologies such as hydride metallurgy and non -blast furnace iron.

The fourth is the implementation of green low -carbon technology reform operations. Focusing on the "finding a gap between the benchmark and the level of technical reform", the standard path is clear, and the implementation of green low -carbon technology reform actions in key industries. Give full play to the advantages of carbon custody and carbon fixed in chemical industry, explore a new model of coupling development of interconnection and win -win in various industries, and promote the use of energy resource steps and industrial circulation development. Promote ultra -low emissions, clean production and energy efficiency improvement of the steel industry.

Zhang Haiden said that in the next step, it will focus on the implementation of petrochemical, steel, non -ferrous metals, and building materials carbon peaks, and strive to eliminate backward production capacity, carry out energy -saving and low -carbon actions, promote ultra -low emission transformation and clean production, and improve the comprehensive utilization of resources. In terms of work, support green low -carbon technology research and support the construction of public service platforms in the industry, promote advanced technology demonstration pilots, accelerate the improvement of the green development level of the raw material industry, and contribute to the industry's power to complete carbon peaks, carbon neutralization and target tasks as scheduled.
