After voting the meeting, it was decided that Xiao Yaqing's Minister of Industry and Information Technology was appointed as the Minister of Industry and Information Technology, eliminating Huang Ming's Minister of Emergency Management, and appointed Wang Xiangxi as the Minister of Emergency Management.
The meeting was voted and appointed Ying Yong as the deputy prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and a member of the Procuratorate.
