China Organization held the 15th Meeting of the Convention on the Convention on the Biological Diversity Convention and Exchange Conference of the 15th Meeting of the Conference on the Conference of the Contracting Party

On August 30, China and Indonesia co -hosted the 15th meeting of the Convention on the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP15) important negotiation issues.Zhao Yingmin, the head of the Chinese delegation, the representative of the COP15 chairman, and the deputy minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, attended and delivered a speech.

As the chairman of the COP15, China has always spared no effort to promote the protection process of global biodiversity, coordinate the positions of all parties, and strive to promote the "global biological diversity framework after 2020" with ambition and pragmatic balance.China urged all parties to fully show their flexibility, continue the promotion of the first stage of COP15, and fulfill the promise of the Kunming Declaration to provide motivation for the success of the second phase of COP15.

The ministerial representatives of various countries and the heads of the joint meeting of the 20th National Group (G20) and the heads of relevant international organizations attended the exchange meeting and spoke.The joint meeting of the G20 Environment and Climate Minister in 2022 was held in Bali, Indonesia from August 31st to September 1st.
