Fujian Fuzhou City Printing and Distribution Plan to speed up the construction of a rural delivery logistics system

Recently, the General Office of the Fuzhou Municipal Government of Fujian Province issued the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of the Rural Delivery Logistics System in Fuzhou City" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan") to promote the improvement of the construction of the three -level delivery logistics system of the county and rural areas.

The "Implementation Plan" proposes 23 key tasks on the goal of opening up and Huimin, intensive sharing, safe and efficient, and smooth two -way rural delivery logistics system. It systematically plans the construction of the city's rural delivery logistics system from 2022 to 2025.

The "Implementation Plan" states that the first is to strengthen the role of the rural postal system. Before the end of 2022, the three -level postal logistics system of the county rural areas was basically completed, and all the city -made villages all realized "express delivery villages". The second is to promote the deepening development of transportation, postal, and e -commerce. Before the end of 2023, the city has completed the construction of more than eight "delivery and cooperation" and "fast cooperation" pilot lines. Rural logistics node coverage rate reached more than 70%, and promoted the construction of rural e -commerce coordinated development demonstration zones. The third is to promote the construction of the cold chain delivery system. Support the construction of large -scale cold chain logistics facilities such as ponytail and Fuqing Yuanhong International Food Exhibition Trading Center, Lianjiang Modern Logistics City. The fourth is to supplement the shortcomings of rural delivery logistics infrastructure construction. Before the end of 2025, counties (cities) were built at least one county -level delivery public distribution center, and the number of "express delivery villages" brand increased significantly.

The Fuzhou Bureau stated that the next step will strengthen communication and coordination with relevant departments, actively promote policy implementation, accelerate the construction of the rural delivery logistics system, optimize the coordinated development system, and comprehensively help rural revitalization.
