As a flexible employment personnel, although the payment ratio is lower than that of enterprise employees, the treatment is the same as the company's employees. If the flexible employees reach the retirement age stipulated by the state and meet the minimum payment period of basic pension insurance, the basic pension can be received on a monthly basis.

Not only that, if employment difficulties and university graduates who have not been employed within 2 years of departure to achieve flexible employment, they can also apply for social security subsidies. Specific standards are given a certain amount of subsidies according to the social insurance premium paid after flexible employment, in principle, it does not exceed 2/3 of the actual payment. The social security subsidy period for employment difficulties is not more than 3 years, and it can be extended to retirement for less than 5 years before the legal retirement age; the longest period of social security subsidies in colleges and universities does not exceed 2 years.
