"Triple" La Nina refers to the phenomenon for three years and caused related disasters around the world. WMO said that with the increase in faith in recent weeks, the phenomenon of La Nina has been strengthened, and the surface of the ocean has soared sharply, which has exacerbated drought and flood disasters in different regions of the world. It is reported that since 1950, the "triple" La Nina phenomenon that lasted three years has occurred only twice, namely the mid-1970s and 1998-2001. WMO Secretary -General Petre Tallas said, "The Lamana phenomenon has temporarily slowed down the rising global temperature, but it will not stop or reverse the trend of long -term warming."
