After reviewing the case, the people's court decided whether to file the case and notify the parties, agents, and participants in the court to go through the formal procedures. In 2021, more than 1,14 million cases of the national courts were filed online, and about 40%of the number of cases of the same period of the same period were filed. Nearly 50%of the civil first instance cases were "online, self -service". The second instance case will be filed online, and the appealing function will be submitted online.

According to the data of the City Court of L, the Court of City L has always been litigation. In 2020, 187 per capita cases were handled, and in 2021, it rose to 292 per capita. In the first half of this year, the per capita per capita reached 308, which has exceeded the whole year of last year. However, the number of personnel preparation and the number of staff members will not increase, so it will become more and more tired. The People's Court of L City was launched online as early as 2018.

Now there are the people's courts online mobile phone (long -term called mobile micro -Court), lawyer service platform filed, court litigation platform filed, preservation platform filing (preservation case), and at the same time, there is an online case allocation machine, which is a self -service case and query function of the parties. Online cases, mediation, and trial have become the norm, especially under the epidemic. The online case is a content of litigation services, and now the court has a litigation service center. The complaint of the tailoring team has settled in the case of the case, and the people's court also has a team member. The judge of the staff accounts for about 30 % and the auxiliary personnel account for about 35 %, but more than 65 % of the cases must be handled. L City's online cases account for about 41 %. The window for the case and mailing case was about 59 %, and the filing rate on the spot was more than 99 %. The cases of the case are referred to the "Supreme People's Court's Opinions on Civil Pilotting Conversion and Online Case", "Several Provisions of the Supreme Court on the Provision of Online File Services for Cross -border Litigation", "The Supreme Court Intellectual Property Court on the new crown during the new crown, Announcement of mailing the case ". The Jiangxi Provincial High Court and L City Court have issued regulations on the implementation of online filing services.

The online case is applicable to civil filing, and now it has developed into retrial, execution, state compensation, preservation cases, and administrative first instance. All cases can be paid online.

In addition to convenience and efficiency, it can save time and effort. The data runs more, the parties run less, solve the people's "urgent and worried", and do practical things for the masses. In addition, it is more efficient and fast in publicity, professionalism, and departmental contact and cooperation. At present, the city court has promoted promotion through WeChat, Douyin, Internet, on -site promotion, electronic screens, distribution of publicity manuals, and promotion of lawyers' groups.

Relevant staff also put forward some suggestions on the online case: first, the system docking must be stable, and a system must be run in the country, but some provinces are still self -built platforms, so there are unstable connection; operation is still not convenient because no one guides guidance It is impossible for the parties to upload the materials so much; in addition, the parties have avoided the negative list, and the risk notification is not in place.

At the same time, we also interviewed Lawyer Yu Qiuping of Jiangxi Jiren Law Firm. According to Lawyer Yu, the law firm is currently taking over local cases, so he has not used online cases. At present, the people's acceptance of online cases is not ideal, but Lawyer Yu believes that the future online case will gradually become popular, especially under the influence of the epidemic. To increase the acceptance of the people's acceptance of online cases, it is mainly to do a good job of popularization, and at the same time arrange professionals to consult. Lawyer Yu believes that the online case is greater than the disadvantages. The first is to reduce the economic consumption of the parties without running back and forth; the second is to fit the current epidemic prevention policy; the third is to save time, and the parties do not need to make time.
