If any unit or individual violates the provisions of this ban, in accordance with the "Punishment of Public Security Management Punishment of the People's Republic of China", "The Forest Law of the People's Republic of China", "Forest Fire Prevention Regulations", "Guizhou Province Forest Fire Regulations", "Guizhou -southern South State Forest Fire Prevention Regulations", etc. If the laws and regulations are punished, if a major loss and serious circumstances, the judicial organs are transferred to the judicial authority to investigate criminal responsibility.
