The leaders of Henan Provincial Human Resources and Social Affairs Department went to Meixi Street, Wolong District to investigate the construction of the laborer dispute grass -roots mediation organization

On September 1, Tian Guangsheng, director of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, and Wu Shishan, a second -level investigator, and Cai Lee, a third -level investigator, to visit Meixi Street in Wolong District to investigate and guide the construction of grass -roots labor and personnel disputes. The research team successively went to the labor dispute mediation room of Meixi Street, the Meixi Street People's Mediation Committee, and the street party and mass service hall for on -site investigations. During the survey, Director Tian Guangsheng's construction of the grass -roots mediation organization in Wolong District, especially the practice of the "mediation priority" concept of Wolong District and the combination of multi -departments in Meixi Street to promote the resolution of the grassroots conflict, and pointed out that the grassroots level should be given full.
