On August 31st, the largest hydropower station in the upstream of the Jinsha River -Yeban Beach Hydropower Dam Basic Parcar Shoucang Concrete began to pour. This indicated that the dam was fully transferred from the excavation to the main concrete construction.

The power station is located on the upstream dry flow of the Jinsha River at the junction of Baiyu County, Ganzi Prefecture and Tibet in Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province.2240 MW, which is a major project for the "Twelfth Five -Year Plan" and "Thirteenth Five -Year Plan" central government to support Tibet's economic and social development, the national "Western Power East Transmission" continuation base and the construction of Southwest Hydropower Base.The maximum dam is 217 meters high, which has the characteristics of "high cold, high altitude, high dam, and high slope".
