Safety report culture is an important child culture of security culture. Under a good security report culture, all units actively carry out the collection and analysis of various security information, and employees of all units show a positive attitude and behavior about various security information reports and exchanges.
The level of security reporting culture can be evaluated from three aspects: information report channels, information reporting, and information feedback. Among them, the information report channel refers to the establishment and operation of the information reporting system in the organization, such as whether there are voluntary reporting systems and whether the system operation is smooth. Information reporting refers to the willingness and actual performance of the individual in the organization to report security information from the bottom up. Information feedback refers to the situation of organizing decision -making layers and management of security information from top to bottom.
In the process of building and cultivating safety reporting culture, how can employees dare to be or willing to be a security reporter, how to establish employees' trust in the unit and the bureau? I think we must start at the same time from the management level and individual level.

From the individual level, one is to improve your awareness of information reporting, clarify the importance of security information to ensure security, and enhance the awareness of information reporting; the second is to actively use the information report system of the unit and the bureau from individual behaviors, and actively submit it. Safety events information, security suggestions, etc., and make rational suggestions on the construction and improvement of the reporting system; the third is to enhance trust and supervision between individuals, and gradually form a good security report culture with good atmosphere.
