As a small parent organization, Hui Ai can serve the family volume very limited, and the service support that can be provided does not reach the ideal depth that parents expect, but Hui Ai is like a small firefly. I always want to use it to use it. The meager power provides a trace of light for families in the night in the night, so that the family of every mental disorder is not alone and desperate.

When we visit our families, we often see parents' exhausted face and busy figures. We invite ten parents to open a workshop to create a service activity that is suitable for youth and can bear the same time -career transfer group. The content includes the youth's cognition of self -awareness, independent living ability, and occupational literacy Cultivation, etc.

Everyone is exploring. For career transfer training courses, our team is almost novice, and the foundation is also the training mode for learning Rong Rongle.

At the beginning of the class, there were scenes often encountered by teachers: sometimes when the staff was lectured, the young man suddenly jumped up from his seat and walked back and forth in the training classroom. Social workers handle and appease in time. Even when there is a small friction between peers, you slap with me, and I will punch you ...

Ten young people, four staff members, everyone bumps all the way, and they are more and more understand each other. The youth is becoming more and more adapted to the career transfer course.

The first half -year course is over, but we hope that this small team can survive like a grain of the soil that is not fertile. Those with mental disorders and their parents really came out.

In 2013, a group of parents of mental obstacles had come together because they wanted to solve their children's school problems through everyone's strength. From the informal parent mutual assistance group to the rainbow home with organizational structure, to the official registration of the "Hui Ai Social Work Service Center". Every time he listened to the chairman of Hui Ai, Mr. Zou Ping introduced Hui Ai's "past life", and I deeply felt the difficulty of this group of parents. They are really for their children, and they have never forgotten their original intentions.
