Yuanbao District, as the birthplace of Dandong and a traditional business district, lives with a resident population of 202,000 people in the jurisdiction of 91.6 square kilometers. There are 56 old communities before 2000, with an area of ​​2.7 million square meters and 715 buildings. In recent years, the Yuanbao District Party Committee and the District Government have always implemented the deployment of the provincial party committee, the provincial government, and the old communities of the old community in Dandong City. The transformation is an important starting point for the expansion of domestic demand and promoting urban renewal. As of now, the Yuanbao District has completed a total of 35 old communities, with a transformation area of ​​1.83 million square meters, involving 492 buildings, which benefit more than 80,000 people. In 2022, Yuanbao District plans to transform six old communities, with a total of 65 houses. The total construction area is 254,800 square meters, involving 2692 households. It was originally planned to start in May and affected by the epidemic, and the project will be launched in early September.
