The selected persons must go to Hong Kong for post -doctoral research within 6 months of the notice, and they are deemed to be eligible for the automatic abandonment. If the impact of the epidemic cannot go to Hong Kong on schedule, it can be appropriately postponed after being recorded in writing.

Relevant station units are requested to notify the selected personnel in time, and assist them in handling relevant procedures as soon as possible, and go to Hong Kong to carry out post -doctoral research as soon as possible; do a good job of management and service of the "Xiangjiang Scholars Plan" in accordance with relevant regulations, and timely allocate funding funds; Strengthen communication with Hong Kong units, and timely understand the work and living conditions of the selected personnel in Hong Kong.
