At 8 am on August 16th, Zhang Yu and colleagues departed from Ruoqian County, Bayin Guo Leng Mongolia Autonomous Prefecture to inspect the Tema Lake District. Everyone follows the water head, and it will be opened when there is a gap. Of course, there are more important tasks -monitoring the amount of water.

There are two roads to Dema Lake, one is the dry flow of the Tarim River, and the other is the Chelchen River. Over the years, the upstream water is rich. How can we not only meet the production and life of the basin and other ecological water, but also let the Lake Taitma drink water? This tests the wisdom of the water conservancy. Zhang Yu's inspection is to collect these water volume data, prepare for precise distribution of water resources, and make each drop of water play a biggest role.

The process of monitoring water takes more than 4 hours, and sometimes it is 5 or six pm after all sections after testing, so that everyone can eat a bite.

"It's been more than half a year since I came out. I really didn't go back to home." Zhang Yu said that his wife Li Runshi was a kindergarten teacher. It was not easy to bring a three -year -old baby alone, but still supported his work. Zhang Yu felt that his work was never ambiguous, and he only owed his family, as well as other colleagues.

Family cannot take care of because "water" is greater. They all knew that it was not easy for these water to come, and it was not easy for Lake Taitma to come back.

On July 6, with the flood gate of the Daxi Sea Reservoir in the Daibi County, the water flowed along the winding river to the tail of the Talima River. This is the 23rd time Xinjiang's ecological water flooding downstream of the Tarim River. Today, on both sides of the Tarim River, Populus euphratica is lush, and Lake Taitma is sparkling, and the dense reed clumps have become the habitat of animals.

It's hard to imagine how it was very different in the past.

The largest inland river in my country, the Tarim River, has been broken for nearly 30 years since the 1970s. As the "terminal station" of the Tarim River, the "death" of Lake Taima has almost been a foregone conclusion.

At that time, the Lake Lake Bed in Taitma was a densely cracked and yellow sandy salt -alkali shell. "There is no drop of water on both sides of the front of the lake roads. Anyone thinks it is a Gobi Beach." Zhang Yu said.

In 2000, the state announced the comprehensive governance project of the Tarim River and decided to risk water to the lower reaches of the Tarim River. At the beginning, the water head had to walk for more than two months to reach Tima Lake. Later, the water head went faster and faster. When the 18th ecological water flooding in 2017, the water head arrived at Tima Lake in just 10 days.

"Now you can see a lot of wild animals entering the lake. Not only are egrets and wild ducks, but even wild boars are often appeared." Zhang Yu lamented that there was no impression of water in Lake Tema before. Until the first time in 2019, I saw it. He felt the greatness of the project when the water grass lake surface.

Every year in October, it is the most beautiful time of Lake Taitma. Drive on the road section of Tema Lake 218, as if walking on the sea highway. The blue lakes on both sides are clear, and the reeds of the water and grass are lush, and the group of water birds crossed the top of their heads.
