Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, August 31st. Russia's Natural Gas Industry Co., Ltd. (Russia Gas) will reduce the supply of natural gas to the Aonji Group in France on the 30th. The reason is that there are contract disputes between the two parties.

Russia said earlier in August that it was scheduled to supply natural gas to Germany from August 31 to September 2nd through the "Beixi-1" pipeline. European countries' concerns about the energy crisis this winter may intensify.

contractual dispute?

Angji Group said on the 30th that Russia has informed the supply of natural gas from the day. But Angji Group did not explain the nature of disputes with the Russian Qi contract.

Affected by the upgrading of the Ukrainian crisis, Russia has greatly reduced the supply of natural gas to Angji Group. The latest data from this energy supplier shows that the average supply of gas at Russia is equivalent to 1.5 Taiwaphta natural gas.

A spokesman for Angji Group said that Russia's natural gas supplied to 17%of the import volume of Angji Group, and the proportion of the Ukrainian crisis after the upgrade in February this year fell to less than 4%.

Angji Group said that enterprises have been able to ensure that "the supply of natural gas required for customers and their own requests" is able to take measures to respond to "any direct financial and practical impact that the Russian gas interrupting natural gas supply may cause."

The Russian satellite news agency reported in May that Angji Group and Russia were talking about the purchase arrangement of natural gas at the time, in order to find the way that both parties could accept and not violate the European Union's sanctions on Russia.

Since February of this year, the United States and the European Union have imposed a number of economic sanctions on Russia. Russia has then implemented a "ruble settlement order", requiring "unfriendly" countries and regions to trade with Russian natural gas trade with Russia. Poland, Bulgaria, Finland, the Netherlands and Denmark refused to settle with rubles, and Russia has cut off the natural gas supply to these countries.

The crisis spread?

Reuters reports that Russia has not responded to reporters' questions about the reduction of French natural gas supply. The issue of reporters includes whether the latest "Qi-broken" movement of Russia is related to the "Beixi-1" pipeline will be "broken" again.

Angji Group holds 9%of the "Beixi-1" pipeline. In Reuters, Russia's move will exacerbate European countries' concerns about the energy crisis of this year.

French Energy Transformation Minister Aiese Panye-Luna Xie in an interview with the French media that Russia "obviously regards natural gas as a weapon", France must be prepared to deal with the worst situation, that is, Russia completely cut off the natural gas supply.

According to a assistant to the French Energy Transformation Minister, France has achieved diversification of energy supply, and Russia's reduction of supply will not affect energy supply this winter.

French government spokesman Olivier Velade confirmed that France will complete natural gas reserves before the end of the summer, and the progress is faster than expected. France's current natural gas reserves have reached 90%of the fully reserve capacity.

Regarding the "Beixi-1" for three days, the Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said on the 30th that there is no problem with Russia's supply of natural gas on the 30th of Russian sanctions.

Peskov emphasized that European countries, the United States, and Canada imposed sanctions on Russia, which caused Russia to be unable to carry out routine maintenance and unable to complete the registration and assembly of the return components. In addition, there were no other factors that hinder Russia's supply of natural gas. (Bao Xuelin)
