It is decided to organize the installation of gas leakage alarm devices in production and operation units in the city and other industries. The announcement is as follows.

I. Legal basis: Article 36 of the "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China" stipulates that if the production and operation units of catering and other industries use gas shall be installed, a flammable gas alarm device shall be installed and the normal use shall be guaranteed. Article 99 stipulates that if the production and operation units of catering and other industries use the gas -free gas alarm device for gas -free gas, they shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit and impose fines of less than 50,000 yuan. The following fines are fined by 10,000 yuan and more than 20,000 yuan for the person in charge and other directly responsible persons; if the circumstances are serious, they are ordered to suspend production and discontinue business;

2. Installation objects: The city's catering and other industries use gas (natural gas, liquefied petroleum and gas, artificial gas) production and operation units, including operating hotels, restaurants, government agencies, enterprises and institutions cafeteria, etc. engaged in catering service activities.

3. Technical requirements: In accordance with the relevant technical specifications of "GB/T34004-2017 Home and Small Catering Kitchen Gas Alarm and Sensor" and "CJJT146-2011 Urban Gas Alarm Control System Technical Regulations", small catering kitchen (fuel used used in use of fuels used The alarm unit and automatic cutting function for a single burner's rated thermal load for a rated heat load of a single combustion and the total heat load for the rated thermal load should be installed in the kitchen for cooking services). The alarm installed by other industries production and operation units should have a long -distance function at the same time.

4. Installation method: Gas supply enterprises should provide technical guidance. When the unit is purchased and selected to choose the installation unit, the installation unit shall have the qualifications for the installation and maintenance of the gas burning equipment.

V. Installation time: The production and operation units of catering and other industries using gas in the city shall complete the installation of the combustible gas alarm device before July 31, 2022. If the overdue is not installed, the administrative law enforcement department at all levels will conduct serious investigation and punishment.

The main person in charge of the production and operation units of catering and other industries is the first responsible person in the safety production of the unit, and is responsible for the safety of gas usage. The production and operation units of the city's catering industries are requested to actively respond to the timely installation of flammable gas alarm devices to jointly maintain the safe production order of catering and other industries.
