On the morning of August 30, the last group of 500 -meter long rails at Xiamen North Station of Fuxia High -speed Railway was successfully laid on the road bed, marking the spread of the Fuxia high -speed railway.

The Fuxia high -speed rail is the first domestic high -speed rail. From Fuzhou City in the north, passing Putian City, Quanzhou City, south to Xiamen and Zhangzhou City, the northern end is connected to the Fufu Railway and Wenfu Railway, the southern end is connected to the Xiamen -Shenzhen Railway and Longxia Railway. The design speed is 350 kilometers per hour. There are 8 passenger stations of Fuzhou South, Fuqing West, Putian, Quangang, Quanzhou East, Quanzhou South, Xiamen North, and Zhangzhou 8 passenger stations.

There are three difficult construction sites on the entire rail paving of the Fuxia high -speed rail, which are three cross -sea bridges in Meizhou Bay, Quanzhou Bay, and Anhai Bay. Due to the complex hydrological environment at board and the environmental conditions above the sixth -level wind power, it is difficult to deploy materials. It can be difficult to deploy in one year.
