The structure of the bridge is extremely rare in the construction of the domestic municipal bridge

On the morning of August 28, the reporter saw at the construction site that the crane was slowly lifted up a steel cage with a diameter of 3 meters and a length of about 30 meters, and placed vertically into the pile foundation in advance.

It is understood that the full bridge of Jinshan Lake Bridge is 273 meters long and the main bridge is 34 meters wide. On each side of the bridge, there is a park bridge on each side of the bridge. The bridge is a single -span -ups -in -type steel tank tank bridge, which uses a 3m large diameter drilling pile foundation. A total of 60 drilling piles are set up in the whole bridge, and 60 steel cages are needed to support the pressure of the arched bridge.

"Jinshan Lake No. 2 Bridge adopts a tancong steel box beam with a single span of more than 200 meters. This structure is extremely rare in the construction of domestic municipal bridges." Compared with the concrete structural bridge, the high cost of superior tancong steel box bridges is higher, but it is stronger and durable, and the service life is longer. Combined with the natural environment of the water network in the Kinhan Lake area, Jinshan Lake No. 2 Bridge adopts the form of "Chinese Classical Arch Bridge". According to the "Examination and Approval of the Municipal Engineering Design Plan for the Local Highway Station of the Huizhou City Transportation Bureau directly under the branch of Huizhou City" issued by the Huicheng District Natural Resources Bureau, Jinshan Lake District will plan the construction of Jinshan Lake 1 bridge and No. 2 Bridge. Both bridges across Jinshan Lake, and the road level is the city's secondary road. Among them, the starting point of the No. 1 bridge will take the second road (Huanhu No. 3 Road), and the end point will connect to Huxinjima 1st Road (Huanhu One Road); Take the Lake Hengdao 1 Road (Huanhu Road), and the end point is connected to Cuizhu 1st Road (Huanhu No. 2 Road).

The starting point of the Jinshan Lake 1 bridge is located at Pingjiaokou at the southern section of Hengyi Road and Huanhu San Road. The ending point is located at Pingjiaokou in the southwestern section of Hengshan Road and Huanhu Road. The starting point of the number bridge route is located at the flat port of the southeast section of Huanhu Road, and the ending point is located at the Pingjiaokoukou in the south section of the second road in Hengyi Road. Both bridges are 40 meters wide, two -way six lanes, and the design speed is 40 kilometers per hour.

The reporter learned that Jinshan Lake Bridge 1 and No. 2 Bridge have been included in the city's key construction projects this year, and the construction has been started. According to the plan, the total investment of the two bridges is 460 million yuan, which is expected to be completed in 2024. After the completion of Jinshan Lake Bridge 1 and No. 2 Bridge, the new "one horizontal" in the "five horizontal, five vertical and one rings" road network will be opened in Huicheng District, and the Mai Emperor area of ​​Henan Bank and the Jinshan Lake Island and Hushan area are connected in series.
