The International Smile Children's Project was initiated by the China Rural Development Foundation (formerly the China Poverty Alleviation Foundation) in Ethiopia in 2015. The project is aimed at the hunger problems faced by children in poor areas around the world. The project is currently carried out in Ethiopia, Nepal, Myanmar, Pakistan and other countries.
