As of now, my country has released 1455 national food safety standards, including more than 20,000 indicators, covering the full -chain from farmland to dining tables. From the process to the main health hazard factors of all aspects of the product, ensure the safety of the whole population including children and the elderly.

While creating the most rigorous standard system, my country also focuses on strengthening risk monitoring and evaluation capabilities. Li Bin introduced that my country has established two major monitoring networks of food pollution and harmful factors of national, provincial, municipalities, and counties. The monitoring network of food -oriented disease monitoring and the national food safety risk assessment system. The monitoring of food pollution and harmful factors has covered 99%of counties and districts, and the monitoring of food -based diseases has covered more than 70,000 medical institutions at all levels.
