Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, China has achieved world -renowned development achievements, becoming the world's second largest economy, the world's largest trading country, and major trading partners in more than 120 countries and regions. It is an important engine of world economic growth. China's success has encouraged the majority of developing countries.

In recent years, President Xi Jinping has made important discussions on the issue of common prosperity, emphasizing that common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has maintained rapid growth for a long time. In 2021, China announced as scheduled to win poverty alleviation and build a well -off society in an all -round way. These have created good conditions for promoting the common prosperity of all people. When I visited Yunnan, China in 2019, I saw the local people live and work in peace. What impressed me especially was that the Chinese Communist Party members who worked at the grassroots level used point -to -point assistance to help families with difficulties to obtain better education, employment, and medical resources, and enhance people's livelihood with practical actions.

China actively promotes the common prosperity of all peoples, which has important inspiration for countries around the world. At present, the problem of inequality of global income is prominent, and the wealth of the rich and the poor in some countries has led to social tear, political polarization, and populism. The new crown pneumonia's epidemic has a serious impact on the lives of low -income population. In this context, countries need to be committed to promoting common prosperity and realizing social harmony and stability. From the perspective of global dimensions, we must pay more attention to the development of development between developed countries and developing countries, and achieve more fair and sustainable development.

President Xi Jinping proposed to jointly build the "Belt and Road" initiative, providing a mutually beneficial and win -win cooperation platform for countries. The modernization of infrastructure such as China Railway, Port, and Airport has highly facilitated the flow of goods and personnel, and enhanced the competitiveness of the Chinese economy. All countries should learn from it. Many developing countries urgently need to strengthen infrastructure construction and have huge potential for cooperation with China. As of now, China has signed more than 200 cooperation documents for the "Belt and Road" cooperation documents with more than 140 countries and more than 30 international organizations, which fully reflects the global attraction of the "Belt and Road" initiative.

In April 2019, Peru and China signed a memorandum of understanding of the "Belt and Road" cooperation. The economic complementarity of the two countries has great economic complementarity and great potential for cooperation in the field of interconnection. Within the construction of the "Belt and Road" framework, mystery cooperation continues to deepen. Peru is China's second largest investment destination in Latin America. China's investment has strongly promoted the economic and social development of Peru, bringing benefits to the local people. At present, COSCO Shipping Port Co., Ltd. and other Chinese enterprises are responsible for building Qian Kaika north of Lima, Peru. This large port will become an important transportation hub and logistics center of the South Pacific coast, which is greatly facilitating Peru's import and export trade.

China not only provides an important driving force for world economic growth, but also an important promoter to improve global governance, and has played an increasingly important role in international affairs. Under the current international situation, the world needs to continue to provide momentum for the recovery of the world economic recovery, as well as China to continue to play a role in maintaining multilateralism, opposing unilateralism and hegemonism.
