In Suining's Siliconized Woodland National Geological Park, the time is not calculated in seconds, minutes, and hours, but is calculated by millions of years. 150 million years ago, the flowers and trees commonly used in Jurassic during the Jurassic periods such as the cymbals, Tongtong, Su Tie, and Ginkgo were everywhere here; through the narrow canyon, a large towering silicon wood forest appeared like a boulder.

Here are the largest and most complete native siliconized wood fossil groups in the Southwest, which are the "National Popular Science Education Base".

Siliconized wood is a plant remains in the Jurassic period, such as pine cypress, Soviet iron, ginkgo, real fern, etc. After the deposition burial, due to a hypoxic environment, today's fossils -siliconized wood. Siliconized wood has been distributed between the Period of Poor Period (355 million years from the present) to the Middle School Baiyu (65 million years ago).

The dragon and Fengxia in the park is the first place of siliconized wood. The villagers once called these strange stones exposed on the ground as "keel stone". It is said that it is a stone, but there is the same lines and growth of the same year as the wood; it is a wood, which is harder than the stone.

Experts from the preservation status of siliconized trees and the streaming of ground -level rock speculation: During the Jurassic period, the local area may be a large lake, which may be a sudden outbreak of floods. Division from the outside world and gradually evolved into today's siliconized wood fossils.

These nearly native Jurassic silicon wood forests are dozens of times larger than the silicone wood forest on the British Jurassic coast. Its burial scale, density and burial conditions, etc., can be called the only domestic and rare internationally.
